Q: How much will it cost?
Costs vary from client to client depending on the amount of assistance provided. The critical factor is that the financial benefit which results from the work we do with our clients is significantly higher than the cost.

If you aren’t sure which areas require most or immediate attention, together we will examine the strengths and weaknesses of the business to determine where the attention is most required.
Q: Why should I use PJB Business Development?
There are three main reasons why you should use PJB:
- PJB is independent which means the fees are affordable and represent real value for money;
- The principal, Paul Bentley, has ‘real-
life’ experience of creating and developing his own businesses (12 years) as well as working with and helping other businesses for the last 10 years as an Independent Business Consultant;
- Paul Bentley is an accredited Associate of the IIB (Institute for Independent Business, www.iib.org.uk) giving us access to a wealth of business expertise as and when required.
Q: How does it work?
The first stage is to arrange your free Business Health Check. We will discuss your business and the things you would like to achieve and at the end of our meeting, we will tell you if we think we can help. We will discuss a payment plan which is affordable to your business. In many cases, clients require more work to be carried out at the beginning of the relationship so a monthly payment plan can help to spread the cost over a longer period.
Time will be agreed and allocated each month to work with you in order to complete the tasks we set ourselves.
As part of our agreement, you are free to call us at anytime to discuss business matters. There is no ‘meter’ running. Our objective is to help you to make your business more successful.
