Why did we start?

Traditional consultancy is not often well suited to smaller and medium sized businesses. Larger consultancies typically don't have the cost structure or delivery mechanism required to effectively support businesses at this end of the economy.

We have found that what owners of this type of business want is “practical advice that works” – not just management theory. That usually includes the “hands-on” task of helping implement the solutions as well.
