These services have been specifically designed for small businesses within the construction industry.  Having developed a building business with his Brother, Paul Bentley has seen the challenges facing owners of small businesses in this field.
Builders, Bricklayers, Ground Workers, Carpenters etc. often do not have the time, desire or appropriate skills to undertake all the business functions that are needed to continually make money and satisfy the abundance of regulations and rules.
If your ideal world is to have the freedom of working for yourself without being bogged down with all the administration, bookkeeping and never ending mountain of
paper work, these services are exactly what you need.  You can choose from all the services available, picking those that will provide most value for you and your business.  Working with PJB is totally flexible and you can change, remove or add other services as and when you want.  We never forget we work for you!
WHAT WILL IT COST?
It will cost your business £25 per hour for these services.  That, we expect, is comparable to your own charges to your customers!
Your monthly charge is obviously dependant on how many services you choose and the volume of the business you are carrying out.
Importantly: you are not tied into any contract with PJB.  You are free to stop paying at any time and all work completed and paid for to date is yours.
HOW DO I START?
You are invited - free of charge - to our offices to discuss which services will be of most benefit to you and the likely monthly cost.
We will discuss the best way of working together so you get the maximum return for your money.

VAT. TAX, CIS, PAYE.
We can register you for VAT.
We can complete your quarterly VAT returns.
We can process your CIS / PAYE payments and returns.
We can register you for HMRC Online so your VAT returns, CIS and PAYE submissions and payments can be processed online.
We can ensure you are compliant and legal in all aspects.
I.T., DOMAIN NAMES, WEBSITES
We can secure you a domain name (domain names are unique and belong to you, e.g. pjbweb.co.uk is PJB’s domain name).  Whilst ‘hotmail’ or ‘gmail’ or ‘btinternet’ are perfectly acceptable for personal use, a business should have its own domain name.
We can create a website for you.
OFFICE
We can install a free alternative to MS Office on your computers.
BOOKKEEPING
We can record your sales and purchase invoices and receipts and produce a monthly profit / loss report.
We can record your bank receipts and payments and reconcile your bank account monthly.
We will provide your accountant a Quickbooks copy of your company’s bookkeeping records which should ensure your yearly accountants fees are as low as possible (otherwise we can help you identify and secure a new Accountant!)
